Annual Contract
From as little as £0.40 per day (per employee) you can have 'peace of mind' of having year-round access to specialist HR/ employment support.
This low cost level means that even the smallest companies can now afford professional support and be HR-compliant. If one of your senior managers has previously been handling the HR activities, then their time could now be freed up for the business of actually helping to manage the company!
Such an annual retainer would provide a minimum of a 24 / 7 advisory service, an initial assessment/ annual review, 10% discount on any 'consultancy days', legislative maintenance of HR Policies, regular employment law updates and if you should ever have the need to respond to an Employment Tribunal claim (ET1) your annual contract with HR Direct would even include expert preparation of your response to the Tribunal (ET3) as well as a discounted rate for any subsequent 'expert' assistance until the conclusion of the claim.
